Will became an associate of the firm in March 2002. In January 2008 he became a partner. He is a graduate of McGill University and the University of Saskatchewan law school.

Will represents unions before arbitration panels, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the courts. Will also provides advice and representation for workers in workers’ compensation claims. He articled at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and was called to the bar in Saskatchewan and Alberta before settling in Vancouver.

Will is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers and is a past chair of the Labour Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association. Will conducts client seminars and has been an invited speaker at continuing legal education conferences on human rights and labour law topics.

Will has a longstanding interest in labour law, human rights, and matters of social justice.
