We have extensive experience representing our clients before labour arbitrators, labour relations boards in British Columbia, Alberta and the federal jurisdiction, human rights tribunals, professional discipline tribunals, as well as representation in freedom of information and harassment investigation proceedings. In addition to administrative law our lawyers have significant court experience as reflected by our appearances before the
British Columbia Provincial, Supreme and Court of Appeal; the Northwest Territories Supreme and Court of Appeal; the Federal Court of Canada Trial and Appeal Divisions; and the Supreme Court of Canada.
